receiving centenarian greetings.

Arizona Centenarian Recognition

Not only are Centenarians a living link to our history, they are valued members of our families and communities.  The Governor admires and lauds the spirit, inspiration, and endurance represented by our state’s oldest residents. 
     To acknowledge their accomplishment, the Governor is happy to send a birthday greeting to your favorite Centenarian.  To have a birthday greeting from the Governor sent to the Centenarian in your life, please send:

  • Name of Centenarian
  • Date of Birth
  • Mailing Address

along with a note requesting a birthday greeting to azgov@az.gov. All information sent to the Governor's Office will be kept confidential and will not be maintained in a database or used for other purposes.
